MOVS Gothenburg is expanding and we are now looking for, among other things, a driven and service-oriented store salesperson who wants to be part of our fantastic team! With us, you will have varied tasks and the opportunity to develop – one moment you will help a customer find their dream bike, the next you will guide them regarding accessories, scooters, or e-bikes. There will also be some assembly of bicycles and you may also get to perform service work if you have the skills for it.

We are one of Sweden's leading retailers of e-bikes, regular bicycles and we offer a workplace with high tempo, variety, and lots of team spirit.

As a hands-on store salesperson at MOVS Gothenburg, you will:

• Sell bicycles, e-bikes, electric scooters, and accessories

• Provide customers with first-class service and guidance

• Assist customers throughout the sales process

• Ensure the store is in top condition and shelves are always stocked

• Use the computer for administration and order management

• Communicate with both customers and suppliers, including in English

• If needed, deliver bicycles to customers with our MOVS van

• To varying degrees, service and repair the bicycles that come into the workshop under the guidance of our mechanic.

• Handle & document various support cases with all major companies in the industry.

• If it suits you, we can adjust the working hours between 50-100%

• Has slightly more than basic computer skills - required

• Is driven, cheerful, positive, and service-oriented - required

• Is good at communicating, both in Swedish and English - required

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in work

• Has a sales drive and likes to make good deals

• Has an interest or experience with bicycles and scooters (meritorious, but not required)

• Has experience repairing bicycles / e-bikes (meritorious, but not required)

• Has a Category B driving license (meritorious)

The store is open

• Weekdays: 12:00–18:00

• Weekend opening during peak season: Saturdays 11:00–15:00

• Working shifts can vary between 09:00 and 18:30

• Weekend work is shared on a schedule among the sales team
